• My wife and I went there today, 19th August 2011, just by chance, looking for a meal before driving home. Excellent! Friendly, comfortable, efficient. Superb food and reasonable prices. My wife had the lobster and I had the beer battered haddock, chips, mushy peas etc. Good helpings with nice touches - a bit of class even for lunchtime fish and chips. We just wish it was our local pub instead of being 70 miles away.
