• Sadly the management has changed and cleanliness and manners are a thing of the past. My friend had sheets of tissue in his steak they have not had a glass washer for 3 weeks when i complained about the residue inside the glass i was told to shut up or i would be barred.

• This pub has a wonderful atmosphere and really good food for the price.Everyone should try it out, you will return again and again. It has had a face lift which gives a fresh feel and wonderful beer garden area to soak up the rays when its out.

• The pub has recently been taken over by new management, and standards have dramatically improved, The pub is being refurbished this year, and I gather a lot of money is going to be spent, The food has also improved massively, and is a credit to Greene King and the most credit must go to the new Management. A very friendly atmosphere and very friendly bar staff made for a great dining experience, i would recommend this pub
