• I don't know what Salon you are talking about Claire Kennedy, but it's not the same Halo, in Alexandria that I have been going to for 4 years. The staff are friendly, funny and welcoming. I had a friend who was looking for a last minute appointment to get her hair done, and one of the staff came in early to accommodate her. She was so impressed by the service and atmosphere, she has changed her hairdresser to Halo. AND it's spotless too. You must be confusing it with somewhere else!!!!!
