• I have held a Halifax Account for 35 years. On 12 02 13 I went into the Stourbridge Branch to ask why my new cheque book had not been sent. The lady I saw ordred me one there and then and said this would be received by 4 days. Today 19 02 13 no cheque book has arrived. This is causing great embarrassment as I am awaiting to pay bills by cheque. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I NEED TO WAIT???
