• I wanted to withdraw a cheque from a savings account to pay school fees. Letchworth branch told me this would it be possible and I would have to withdraw and pay in cash. How embarrassing! I would have looked like a gangster handing over thousands of pounds in used notes! I went to Cambridge branch instead. Much more helpful. Said they had no idea what the staff in Letchworth were on about. I only ever go to Cambridge branch now as I found the staff in Letchworth dismissive and unhelpful.

• Letchworth Branch employees have always been 100% helpful in the years I have lived here. No problems with any other of your branches either.

• Rang this number twice and no-one answered. No way to leave a measssage either. looks like they do not want your/our bisiness.

• Went into this branch recently with an elderly neighbour. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Financial advice given was incorrect and the advisors attitude was awful
