• Had a lovely meal today with family the service was Amazing we will definitely be coming back thank you chef and staff for a lovely evening

• Booked a table on line to be told when we got therethat our table wasn't reserved. Apparently they don't always check online bookings. They got us seated and we ordered our meal but then waited nearly an hour,when it came out one of the meals was wrong. They refunded the price of that meal and gave a free drink which was a plus, then the waitress cleared our table but didn't ask if we would like a desert. Won't be going back. Drake house mill at crystal peaks is far better service.

• Been to the Halfmoon for my husbands 40th birthday (25/11/12) tonight, what a fantastic time we had not 1 complaint about the food or the service we got. Thank you for a great night.

• Pleasant visit today 6/4/2012. Last visit was over 3 years ago. On that occasion it was very poor and food not great. Today service was with a smile, lacking last time, menu was reasonably good and the quality of the freshly cooked meal was good value for money. We had the two rumps for £10.00 pint and half of John Smiths draught {excellent] and a desert each to follow. New policy of if not happy with meal another will be given.No quibble. NEED TO WRITE THIS ONTO THE MENU TO MAXIMISE THIS GUARANTEE. Will recommend to my friends.
