Worst salon in london. Completely damaged my hair. It use to ne healthy, thick and strong but by the time i came out it was burnt, falling apart, and dry and bleached white. I'm still recovering from it! The salon is filthy, the two woman in the salon don't really speak english so you can't communicate, not that they would care. Worse experience in my 40years of using hair salons. If you value your hair AVOID. I went on a deal, I wish I had just thrown the £39 in the bin. They didn't even though how to dry my hair, they were burning me and when I told them they jusy nodded and said 'yes hot', and they just ripped my hair each time it tangled in the brush. Thete were two other ladies there that left crying and upset. I spent 3 and a half hours there cold and thirsty and upon asking for water it was in a filthy, black stained cup, no word of a lie. The sinks, the equipments, floors, Everything was dirty. Really have to warn other woman out there. Dave your money, Save your Hair, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.Rating history and distribution
