• Absolutely awful installation, fitter resorted to using wood dye and brown mastic to try to hide the damage to our very expensive laminate worktop. Complaints procedure was terrible with excuse after excuse. Eventually the whole worktop was replaced. Avoid this business at all costs. Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give none.

• This company is quick to cash your cheque but very slow at responding to multiple complaints. Bad all round experience, avoid Grosvenor kitchens. I would give 0 stars if I could

• Extremely poor standard of fitting, as if fitter was inexperienced with products. Show house and sales staff were good at selling but poor at after service.
