• I have just bought my fourth car from them and stupidly put the wrong fuel in it.They have sorted me out. I would not go anywhere else for a car.The service and customer care is superb.Well worth a visit if you need a new car, small enough to care big enough not to rip you off!

• Went there recently to look at some cars and after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to "help" me a man that worked there came up and proceeded to patronise me about what kind of car would suit me. He seemed in a bad mood and didn’t care who was on the receiving end of it. Rudest and most ignorant staff members I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Stay well away from this dealership. There are a lot cheaper and better places nearby.

• Arrived for MOT at reception. Two male staff were talking and swearing (one had his back to me, the other side view), a female member of staff sitting at the back of the room was facing me (she could obviously see me), instead of acknowledging me she just sat there and let her colleagues continue. Manners on a reception desk are vital, as are first impressions ... unfortunately neither of these were up to standard. I am not particularly bothered about the swearing but more annoyed with the ignorance of the person who was able to see me and the fact that she did not acknowledge me, which would have given her colleagues a hint to stop swearing and attend to the reception desk. MOT was standard price and done within the hour so no complaints about this aspect of my experience.

• Really gud company and brill staff ... they cant do enough for u ... They hav spent £400 on me today and did ask for a penny . If u need a car as i did they i wud deffo recomend them
