• AVOID at all costs. This Estate (now called Bestates from October 2020) was dissolved by the Property Ombudsman since 2016. It is part of a Trio of Jewish Estates Agents (Palmpark Estate Ltd, Suite 4, Unit 1, 14 Grosvenor Way, London E5 9ND & Timetrust, 115 Craven Park Road London N15 6BL) and who exploit those on low income or Benefits. They have Accommodation that has been converted without Planning Permisson or Licensing, and that Walls of these HMO's are beileved to be of Materials that are Highly Flamable. They are are allowed to get away with these conducts, because they Gerrymandering with Hackney Council. Avoid at all costs.
