• Unfortunately the shop smells heavily of cigarette smoke, coming from the living quarters. Female owner is rude, and had nicotine-stained fingers!

• Drove into Porlock today to buy some Christmas chocolates and left the shop empty handed as the woman as SO unhelpful and rude - despite us being her only customers. Decided I would rather spend my money elsewhere and support another local business where the service was friendly.

• I've been visiting beautiful Porlock for many years and each time i've ventured inside the candy shop, the woman owner has been extremely rude to me and to my children. Take my advice and give it a wide berth else it may spoil an otherwise lovely day out.
