• Cold dismissive and downright rude service is what is provided here. It has continued to be the case for some time now. My neice who was visiting (who wouldn't say boo to a goose - literally) came out almost in tears - I wouldn't suggest she use it again, and my sister who was visiting used it and said after the experience - "they are so rude!". I feel I should warn friend and family now - and thought I should let the wider public be warned aswell. Enter at your peril.
