• Went to the Gemini on Saturday night for my 50th birthday the service and meals were excellent and would highly recommend this as a place to eat.

• Christmas dinner was dreadful. Everything was cooked from frozen by young lad handy with a microwave. Garlic mushroom starters ok, but cheese and pesto tart had no pesto and a load of tinned tomato chunks poured on resulting in a soggy mess. All veg were from frozen and overcooked. Cheesecake had gritty base and artificial cream. Serving salmon with sprouts and roast potatoes? Unbelievable! Sorry. I won't be going back!

• in the past year due to new owners the gemini has definitely changed for the better! the food is excellent the girls are friendly and helpful and prices are cheap. i go weekends and if the weather is nice we sit in the big garden which is excellent for the kids as it has a park and a bouncy castle. its a brilliant pub with an amazing atmosphere.

• We have used many time since new management, as a couple or as a large family group. Good value for money. Very good service. Excellent for family which includes young twins.

• Had family get-together in the Gemini in September. The food was fantastic and the service excellent. The prices are very reasonable. Loved the decor. New management certainly know what they are doing. Could highly recommend it. Would certainly go again.

• The gemini now has a new management team and both the ambiance and the food have changed for the better,we were put off by poor service and poor food with the previous management but have since returned and can thouroughly recommend the food and the prices are so reasonable.

• Decidied to go to this pub for Sunday lunch on the 21stof April we was a praty of 7 including 2 4 year old children, on entrance we found that the play area was closed due to it raining the day before so wasnt impressed, The fun begins when we ordered food. we were going to order 2 main hunters 3 Rib and steak combos 2 pasta dishes went to the counter to be told that there were no Ribs so we couldnt have that dish. we then changed it to Steak dishes to be told there were no onion rings, we asked what the onion rings could be substituted with and were told a tomato. was also told there was no Gamon. we ended up having 1 drink and leaving. Not impressed that the Gemini hasnt cattered fro weekends, they also need to look at what they substitute missing items with, maybe a free desert would of kept us there instead of losing a party of 7 that wont be returning.
