• Carol is the solicitor. Every time i rang i was told "oh im glad you called because we need.... X, y&z before i can move things on" why she couldnt call me or use our postal system ill never know. I explained she has my number and can use it, she laughed at me not realising how silly i was. Its NOT her job to chase MY problem up!? What? Its her sole responsibility! Stay clear of carol mcormick smith unless you enjoy stress. She also thinks my" excuse" for a hasty conveyancing is not her problem and she doesn't think it matters, im end stage liver disease! The company needs closing. Fast.
