• Avoid using this company. We booked one of cottages they manage and paid the deposit in February 2014.The booking was for May 2014. In March they canceled our reservation without giving a reason first and only later (and indirectly) admitting to "double booking". Not a very credible excuse a month after the deposit has been paid and accepted. Refused any compensation and didn't bother to help finding an alternative. They pretended to be be willing to help but it didn't go beyond simply googling a cottage which I knew about anyway. Another "option" they gave me was suggesting I could take my holiday in a different week. This sounded like a mockery. Will never book from them again and definitely don't recommend them to anyone.
