• I seen a VW POLO advertised on autotrader by this garage. The write up was fantastic "no dents, no marks, showroom condition. As the car was ten years old this sounded to good to be true so i phoned them the night before i intended travelling 60 miles to get a full spec on the car. I was told that unless i used a magnifying glass i wouldn't find a mark on this car. Next day i made the journey, I walked into the showroom, straight to the car, FULL OF DENTS, PAINTWORK LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED USING WIRE WOOL, DOOR CARDS FALLING OFF, GEAR GATOR PRETTY MUCH NON EXISTENT, car was advertised with 6 months tax, no tax! The service was also appalling, no interest in the customer, told i was wrong and the car was fantastic (maybe he wasnt wearing his glasses) For a £2000 car i was not expecting showroom condition but to be told it was then make the journey there to find out its basically a shed i was not happy. All the other stock was in the same condition. I could describe in more detail as there is more but i think I have made my point. These people should be reported and not allowed to run a business, they have no experience, no customer skills, no idea about cars.
