• Regular visitor to Walton-on-the-Naze but first time visiting the swimming pool. Quite disappointed really as was told they only allow a certain number of people in the pool & you only get an hour! This isn't advertised on website nor informed when went into the reception area yesterday to ask about prices! Pool was absolutely freezing cold to the point where my little one was shivering and lips went blue! Just got told they were very understaffed and couldn't give any other answers! Probably the worst look I've been to and lady on reception was quite rude!
