We arranged for them to pick up 15 people, including 2 babies and a 4 month pregnant lady at 1am after a wedding party. The venue had no mobile reception, so we were completely reliant on them. But they couldn't be bothered. They picked up other people instead, and told us they would come back for us. But we never saw them again, and 9 people were left to walk nearly 5 miles down unlit country roads at 3 o'clock in the morning. An absolute disgrace. Rating history and distribution
