• was told it would be max 1 hour, but after a couple of calls did not come till 2 hours.Things were missing,when we rang to say this they said they were too busy to come out.they said they would give us money off next time !!! Will never use them again.Also the food has completely changed and is no longer good.not happy

• I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering - we phoned through an order, were told it would be ready in 15 mins... arrived to collect and were asked to pay, it would seem they actually didn't start cooking it until we'd paid, as half an hour later we were still waiting for our food!!! No-one told us this when we ordered or arrived. Lots of other disgruntled customers who had been waiting a lot longer than they had been told. We won't order from here again. It's a shame as the family that used to own it ran it really well and built up a good name.

• The first time I ordered it took over 2 hours to arrive (they said an hour when I ordered). When it did arrive the spring roles were wrong and they had forgotten our drinks. However, the food was really nice so I gave them a second chance. Ordered again tonight, they said an hour wait but that was an hour and a half ago...still waiting. Nice food but the wait is an absolute joke.

• Worst Chinese I have ever used. Took 2 hours 15 mins for my food to get to me! Will never use them again!
