• Poor customer service, I ordered a vegetable chow Mein, when it arrived it was a mixed meat chow Mein. I am a vegetarian and rang straight back to tell them about their mistake. They did not offer to rectify it and when I asked them to bring the right order they told me I would have to pay a delivery charge!
