• If I could give them zero star rating i would! Avoid at all costs! . They will be quick to come out to measure up and book you in for your job but that's where the good service ends . We had one of our uptown gloss plank fitted chipped on the 26/6/22 we notified them of this right away and were still waiting for it to be replaced . Despite me contacting them weekly and being told by them that their waiting on stock etc . They are now just ignoring me in the hope I get fed up chasing them. I will be contacting trading standards through citizens advice consumer services to take this further.

• 18/10/21 Ross, Stevie, Jamie fitted our new floor and made a great job laying it. Overall they were good workers and well mannered 10/10.

• Brian Reid and James McAteer are enticing customers to buy wood and carpets only to not supply the goods or service they are pretending to have sacked Brian Reid but he is still there serving customers and driving their van
