• Very greedy, remember to put all into your inventory, even dirty appliances. Later they can charge you for a professional cleaning and repairs which were not caused by you.

• Throughout my time with Fleetmilne they seemed like a reasonable company. Only until they took around £650 from my deposit of £850, when I left. They charged me for redecoration of the flat that they were doing anyway. And for missing items which was basically some decrepid laundry that I didn’t bat an eyelid at removing because it was disgusting. As well as this, they charged me for repairs that they would have paid for had I been in occupancy. Altogether it leaves a sick feeling in my stomach.
