My mother in law bought me a voucher this is not my normal nail bar but I thought I would try it , I called beforehand was told I could have an appointment in 20 minutes I arrived and waited 45 minutes for infills when the lady arrived she told me I couldn’t have infills they would need a new set and the 30 minutes I had left on my car was not enough to do them quite loudly , I suffer with anxiety so this was the worst experience for me I was so embarrassed infront of everyone waiting I felt like crying , I never had this problem at the place I go to normally if they had told me that 47 minutes earlier I would not have waited , I work 45 hour weeks over 6 days this was my only free afternoon for a couple of weeks what a waste of time Rating history and distribution
