• I joined about 3 weeks ago, and although the equipment is good (I have not yet tried the classes), the staff are poor. I have been about 6 times, and not once has a member of staff greeted me or asked if I am OK. The girl on reception has her head in her mobile most of the time she is on duty. I am not too happy about the hygiene either. No wipes are provided, and no instructions are visible stating that the equipment must be wiped after use.
