• I send my car in for ECU recall. Around 8am in morning, the driver pick up the car. The car was almost new, and no major scratch. The driver returned the car in around 1pm. However, the car was pretty much scratches around the side panel on both side, 2 major scratches, 20cmx 5cm patch and 30cmx 5cm. It is pretty obvious the driver had driver passes along hedges and got scratches along the nearside panel above the wheel. The other side is also scratches with a long deep line, and a 5cm x 5cm patch. Their customer service refused to accept responsibility, and would only used polishing compound to slight remove the dirt. It does not help at all. Avoid at all cost, or will be regret.
