• Quality product and good service I would like to express how delighted I am with a recent purchase I made from this company. I bought an Orial Amaris hang on the wall electric fire and it looks fantastic in my lounge. Real quality fire with fancy multi coloured lighting. Staff vey helpful fire was delivered within 2 days of ordering so I would be happy to buy from them again in the future no problems at all.

• VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER Bought a fireplace called the Orial Christow fireplace form this company recently. Very happy with the quality of the fireplace and found their prices to be extremely competitive. Helpful friendly staff, delivered quickly, would buy off them again and recommend them to friends.

• GENUINE COMPANY VERY GOOD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS I recently purchased a Formosa Paisley fireplace from Fireplace Megastore based in Deeside North Wales. I live in Newbury so couldn't visit their showroom so I ordered via the internet from their website. The value of the fireplace was £789 which was the best price I could find surfing the net. The fireplace arrived within a week from placing my order. I received a telephone call to book in the delivery and the delivery team were very helpful and friendly. I found Fireplace Megastore staff to be very helpful at each stage of handling my order and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

• Not impressed at all. The showroom is not very large and did not have an impressive variety, the staff (2) were helpful but with a negative attitude suggesting I find the information regarding the product they sell on the net. In the end in doubt I downgraded my purchase to. 1/4 of my original budget

Placed my order over the phone with them and the delivery came in the time they said it would. Quality fireplace and good value for money one very happy customer!!!!!

• I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars as they have been excellent to deal with from begining to end. My wife and I visited their store in Deeside whilst on holiday in Wales recently and we were very impressed by their showroom. We had seen other websites but most don't have showrooms or any real premises to see the fires or fireplaces so it was good to be able to go to a company on the ground and make sure we were dealing with a decent outfit. Their staff were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I would definately reccomend them to anyone looking for a new fire or fireplace.

• I was blown away by the sheer variety of items available and spent a good few hours browsing and probably testing their patience a little bit too with my endless silly questions but finally found my perfect fire! Had it installed just before the heat wave and i'm probably the only person who was happy when the temperature dropped because It meant I could use my new fire

• DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME PROMISED. STILL WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR ITEM ORDERED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE WHEN FINDING DELIVERY TIMES. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CONTEMPT. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND READ REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR CASH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
