• Fire Flair will give you a quote offering a discount, which will be used as an excuse to request payment by cash or cheque. This is so that you'll have no recourse through a credit card company WHEN things go wrong. If Fire Flair instruct other organisations as part of the installation, they'll find a reason why you should pay the other organisations separately. That way, it'll be harder to hold them to account WHEN things go wrong. You'll find that they know next to nothing about the products they sell, and will have no interest in after care once they have your money. If an application to Building Control is required, they'll tell you that you need to make it yourself. If you are daft enough to order anything from Fire Flair, pay by credit card, and ensure Fire Flair have responsibility for the ENTIRE installation. Don't let them suggest you pay ANYONE else separately. But my advice would be to go elsewhere - there are plenty of local companies that will provide a much better service. (The review rating would be zero stars, but that isn't permitted on this review site!).
