• Being an individual that has to use the post office on a regular basis; I have found this post office and its staff to be extremely helpful. I send a large amount of mail on a weekly basis due to my business; yet the post mistress did not shy away from the business whereas others would have! I highly reccommend this establishment to others!

• When the post mistress and her husband read the review that I had left on this website, they both verbally abused me one Saturday morning when I went into the post office and no one else was in there, what a way to treat a 60+, disabled customer! I reported them to the police who considered prosecuting them. They were both brought to task by Post Office Counters, Customer Service. It is now well known round the village what foul mouthed, aggressive, disrespectful people we have running our local Post Office. The feeling of the village as a whole is the sooner they are gone, the better!

• the postmistress and all the staff in fiedon post office are very helpfull.i live in irthlingborough but i use finedon post office because of their great service.

• Never met such a miserable, ignorant, unhelpful person as this postmistress.When she first took it over she was all sweetness, light and chocolates. Now she looks down her nose at you and grunts to her husband about you (in her language), how ignorant is that?You wait in a cue to be served and as you are about to go to her window she just looks at you and walks away to do something in the stockroom, without any excuse me.From the comments around the village, I'm not the only one who wouldn't be disappointed if someone else took over running the Post Office.
