• Stayed at the Holiday Inn Next door. ordered evening meal and it took just 10 minutes for it to be ready for me. Manager offered to carry it across to the hotel for me so that I could have it as room service. Excellent food, presented well, and excellent friendly service - couldnt fault it!

• Ordered our food at 7.25pm. It eventually arrived at 8.50pm after we chased up, first, the waiting staff and then the manager(twice) who waffled some feeble excuse that the delay was due to a mix up on their computerised system. However, we noted several other customers clearly dissatisfied with the level of service. Meal was mediocre and staff disinterested. Won't be back.
