• Was told by the guy on the phone that it would cost me £7 to get to my destination, but when we arrived the driver decided to put the fare up to £8, (because it had been snowing) I know it's only a pound, but I feel if you are quoted a price then that's what you should pay, the snow was allwready on the ground before I phoned them so why should the driver put the price up? will use another firm in future.

• Called fastline on 3rd May 2014 to take myself & a friend (2 females) from kingswinford to Claverley for a Ball. Journey there ok & driver said to call office when we wanted to leave which we did at about midnight. The office said they would be with us in about 30 min after some discussion about where we were and that they had dropped us off there that night. 30 min later we went out to wait for the taxi... no sign... we were on a dark country lane... we called them again to be told they didnt know where we were and were then too busy so call someone else... we spoke to another driver from another firm who ordered us a taxi which we had to wait another 35 min for.. while we were waiting a gentleman came out of the ball and called for a taxi to brierley hill.. 15 minutes later his taxi from Fastline turned up... do not use this firm they are more than happy to leave females waiting on country lanes in the dark. They are dishonest when you call leaving you vulnerable.. especially as this week a bloke is being hunted by the police in the area regarding a serious sexual attack... my friend and I were left in the early hours of the morning in a remote area because of this firm Fastline. My friend didnt drive because she has problems with night vision in dark country lanes but if not fir that would have as she doesn't drink. Avoid this firm if you have the safety of your loved ones in mind!
