• The only shop I have ever been to where you cannot return an item or exchange it for something of higher value and pay the difference. Take my advice, go elsewhere, preferably where the assistant has a smile on her face.

• Awful! Horribly over priced fluffyness before you buy but they treat you like a criminal when you want to return the goods. Vile offensive and inhuman staff and a money grabbing owner - avoid
