• Absolutely appallingly ran shop. 'Sheila' sits there and demands the other girls do things for her and is very rude to the customers. It is pointless giving out appointments because again Sheila just decides who goes in to see the optician first and who waits 65 minutes to see him. Shocking customer service and refuse to use them, I will be going to specsavers. Cheer up Sheila.
