• I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values being spoken to like a human being. The owner is rude, abrupt and has no idea about creating a positive customer experience. I'm very upset about how she spoke to my daughter, and considering we would potentially be spending hundreds of pounds she does not deserve your custom. The dresses are beautiful - but the service is appalling.

• I have been looking for a "step-mother" of the bride outfit for quite a while, I have visited many shops in our local area and beyond and found absolutely nothing. I then visited Expressions Bridalwear in Hitchin, only ever remembering them as a "Wedding Dress Shop" - how wrong was I. From the moment I entered that door Carole (the owner) was the most helpful, caring , knowledgeable person I think I have ever met. The time she spent getting the outfit right for me , with attention to detail I had not even thought about was priceless. I thank you Carole for your expertise, the laughs we had and I can't wait for the day to show off my outfit. All in all a pleasant experience where nobody forced you to buy,but gave you all the help in the world. Thank you so very much.

• This shop has poor customer service. The shop owner was rude and the whole experience was very uncomfortable & stressful, when it should be enjoyable. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
