Awful company to deal with, no customer service, overcharged, always had to phone them to chase. Wrong fireplace ordered by company, had to wait another week for the right one. Too much deposit taken. Dealing with owner of company was appalling, rude rude rude, arrogant, couldn't care less attitude.
