• I have had a great experience with Evans Halshaw In Kirkcaldy. I had to replace my car due to an accident, the sales team were excellent in advising me what model to go for and to come away from diesel as I was not doing enough miles a day to make it worth my while. ( which turns out to be true). The whole process of ordering the car, from collecting the car and processing the paper work could not have been simpler. Lets face it the paper work normally takes ages to do, but the sales team were on the ball and very chatty which made the time fly by. The after care service was also great, we were introduced to the girls in service before we left the showroom. I had a follow up call a few times after to check everything was ok, and even invited in for a coffee next time I was passing!

• after having my car to stop a diesel leak (diesel leaking onto the filter) and telling me it was safe i found that the leak still existed so took it back when i was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. after having it a second time i got it back and found that the issue still existed so contacted them again. they have now had the car 3 times and failed to rectify the issue, moral of story : if you want your car repaired avoid evans halshaw in kirkcaldy
