• Terrible after sales I paid for 12 months road tax and they only put 6 months on (took the money as a admin charge which i had not agreed)also they did not fix small bump in body work still waiting !! Over all I feel deceived and can't now get hold of any one surprise surprise

• made arrangments to view a car. drove 3 hours and car was not ready. it was up on ramps and was told they had noone to sort it till 530. the salesman answer to this was book a hotel! could not take a test drive. would not reduce price of car for messing me about. then once sale was agreed subject to a test drive, i said i wanted to finance the car and was told that the sale was for cash and finance could be sorted unless i was willing to make two more trips to the dealership! Waste of time, a day of work and a tank of petrol.

• Salesman was unprofessional. The whole buying experience was terrible. Also the closing process was even worst. Customer service -1/10. I wouldn’t recommend at all this dealership.

• Terrible customer service. They are unable to complete any work to the timescales that they give and the work is not that great when its completed. Definately wouldn't use this garage again or recommend to anyone.
