• Absolutely appalling. After 5 or 6 phone calls to find out where our cab was today it finally turned up 35 minutes late having been booked 10 days ago - too late to get to London for our table whuch we had to cancel. In all it cost us £500 fir cancellation & payment fir cab in advance. No recommendation at all. Unfortunately I have to put a star in against my will

• Terrible service - Late to arrive and argumentative. After ordering a taxi and told it will be 10 mins I waited closer to 30mins before calling back and asking where it was. I was told it was outside waiting for me even though there was no car to be seen. When I explained this to the company saying I'd had no call, car horn or anything to indicate the car had arrived at any point and could not see a car now or previously the woman on the phone became argumentative and rude, repeating her sentences over and over. Apparently they don't offer a notification service and she was adamant the car had turned up. As I was reluctant to try every car that came down the road to see if the random person inside would drive me to my destination I decided to call another service instead, which I had no problems with. Personally I will be avoiding this company in future and suggest anyone who wants to get somewhere on time does the same.
