• This academy killed my autistic son’s music talent. My son who is musically gifted has been preparing for grade 5 piano at this academy for almost 2 years but they did not allow him to appear for his exam because they cared more about their academy’s reputation. When I raised concerns over he being demotivated playing the same 5 pieces of music for 2 years and about giving him the opportunity to give exam, their manager Paul was very rude and he removed my son from their academy with immediate effect. They gave no consideration to how this will affect my son. Now every Saturday morning he still gets ready to go to piano class and then gets upset (and sometimes literally cries) and keeps saying “sorry Marie (his piano teachers name), I will give the exam!” I contacted Eralys many times but I was told to find a tutor for him on piano.com. I didn’t expect this from people who claim to dedicate their lives to music!
