• "anonymous" think you are exaggerating quite a bit as when i said it is unhygienic to touch all the fish and also they were all cooked from the same batch you then said "well you can pick up your scooper thing and get me it" no matter where i picked the fish from they would all be the same! I may swear but i am human and swear occasionally but then again it is "ma shop"!? Really!??? Why you making me sound that way!?? And thanks for wishing a family run business bad!?

• I asked politely if I could have the fish from the front and was shouted at bluntly "no" by a young girl, who was happy to inform me it was "ma shop" quite a few times!!! This coming from the girl who I had listened to using the F word repeatedly while I was waiting. I enquired as the the reasons why I couldn't have the fish I had selected and was again shouted at "I'm not touching all the fish, you take what your given". I asked "can you not use your utensil" and was again shouted at "they're all from the same batch. (this was echoed at the same time from the frier who was also shouting at me)!! She then stated "I'll say what I like, no one else has complained about my swearing, day ye want it or day yi no? It's ma shop"!! I was so in shock by her attitude I took the food. I regret that!! The meal was mediocre. The chips had black spots all over them due to being cooked in dirty fat. I heard they weren't doing to well due to the bridge closure... it's nothing to do with the bridge closure!!!
