Elizabeth is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. She assured us that she would be able to help us file our rather complicated return when we met with her in September 2015. We provided information as requested but found her consistently unresponsive, often waiting weeks for replies to emailed requests. Directly before the deadline we became very anxious and she again assured us that she would complete the return on time, but didn't. Now we have to do the return from scratch and are facing penalties.
