This review only gets one star because I can't give none. The taxi company took me (an another customer who had independently asked to go to the same hotel) to completely the wrong hotel. Okay, this is a mistake that could be made. But when I rang to ask them to sort it out, I was told they could book me another taxi, but I'd need to pay for it. Unbelievable - never experienced such poor customer service anywhere.Rating history and distribution
