• Extremely poor customer service. The lady that threaded my eyebrows at the West End branch was extremely rude. They were 45 mins late for my appointment and never apologised. Instead they made it seem like they were doing me a favour by still managing to fit me in! When I complained I got a sarcastic smile and she spent only 5 mins on my eyebrows. A very poor job. I will never return

• awfull place never had such bad customer service, and poor therapist and treatments i will defiantly not be returning to any of these salons and will be making sure non of my family or friends will have to experience what i did! i went to chandlers ford it was filthy and i had the manager i thought she was extremely rude to clients and staff i will never be going back here.

• this was a awfull experience I will never be returning firstly I was greeted by a rude receptionist to be shown to a filthy room, staff seemed very unhappy so in turn very poor treatments, not a relaxed atmosphere at all! I would never be returning and will be warning people away from these salons
