• Returned a lampshade today after purchasing it approx 8weeks ago. The glue at the back seam had come away as well as the inside linning. The shop assistant simply said that's been wet and never seen a lampshade go like that before, she then advised she couldnt deal with it and I would have to return tomorrow when the owners were in however, it would be unlikely they would do anything about it. Still reeling at her abrupt manner and lack of customer service skill . Will never recommend this shop and advise to give it a miss.

• I could spend hours in this shop the staff are friendly and knowledgeable I was spoilt for choice, prices were very competitive and they even gave me free delivery.
