• What a sham! My radio unit took almost 7 weeks, when it's only supposed to be a few working days to repair. The owner has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I had asked for my radio back (fixed or not) but was told it is 'still with an engineer'. In the end I had to drive the 150 miles to collect it myself. The service from them is so poor, unprofessional and extremely disappointing. It is extremely expensive to have them repair a radio and I expected better. It is far cheaper, less stressful and much quicker to just buy a new one. I will never use their services again or recommend anyone else does.
