• Upset my daughter on numerous occasions to the point she wanted to stop learning to drive as she did not believe she would ever be good enough. Then he refused to refund my money (as you have to pay up front for 10 lessons.) Avoid at all costs. Found a new instructor who got my daughters confidence back and she passed. Never got a full refund!
