One star is really too high a rating for this dental practise. They don't care about treating patients, just about making money. The receptionist believes she knows everything about the whole of the NHS budget and policies and does not treat people with respect. The dentist quoted £500 for dentures, then said they had made a mistake and it would cost me £1000. I suspected from the start that they were available on the NHS so spoke to the PCT who confirmed this and told me it should only cost me £214 (band 3 charge). When I went back to the practise with this information, the receptionist refused to let me speak with a dentist and told me in no uncertain terms to go elsewhere if I was not satisfied.Rating history and distribution
