• Absolute rubbish service and appalling quality. Ordered an Italan base pizza with 2 toppings for £5.99 told to collect in 20 mins when I arrived it took them 5 mins to serve me the pizza was already 15 mins on the shelf by then. when I arrived home the pizza was cold and dry and looked like a piece of dried up pepperoni ! I Complained to the manager Depak who accused me of taking too long to return home which was why the pizza was cold , I explained that it only took me 7 mins to get home. Took the pizza back and demanded a refund, I then went to Mr Pizza on Musters rd and purchased 2 lovely medium pizzas for £10 with loads of toppings. I'm so glad I got my money back and went else where. In essence I would advise you not to waste your time with dominoes in west Bridgford as the people who currently run this franchise don't offer a good service and do not understand how to look after their customers. I would highly recommend Mr Pizza tel : 0115 982 2252 A friendly customer focused business service hot good quality fairly priced food.
