man on customer services desk stood and had a gossip with another person while my wife and I stood and waited to be served at another checkout which was busy, we stood for approx 10 minutes, the man then deigned to say to us I will serve you now, just as our checkout became clear, he was left in no doubt as to what he could do. Such ignorance. I would like to add that this is not usual there.Rating history and distribution
