• They were 20 minutes late in total making my girlfriend late for college. They're based no more than a 5 minute drive from the pickup. I rang when they were 10 minutes late and a woman said the driver would be 5 minutes and he was then another 10 minutes with no apology. If your journey is urgent or important, don't rely on them.
