• My previous positive experiences have been tainted by an obnoxious, rude lady who continuously rolled her eyes towards her colleague in response to my questions, and she actually made some remarks towards me which were needless and actually just rude and upsetting, I was so shocked by this behaviour that I didn't actually say anything, but I'm now considering contacting their head office as I don't actually think I can set foot in there again and as I did nothing wrong I shouldn't have to feel like this.

• No phone number. I have been to the post office twice today to collect a re-delivery which has not arrived. I have no way of tracking and no way of contacting the post office without incurring huge 0845 charges.
